Just like an orchestra has many different instruments, each person has many parts and aspects to them. The conductor helps each section of the orchestra play in the most suitable proportions to create beautiful music.

The practice of Yoga has been found to be very helpful in re-establishing a connection with the body. Trauma Informed Yoga incorporates the awareness of the effects of trauma on the body. It's done in an atmosphere where you will have the support and guidance you need to begin to feel more comfortable in your body.
